The Shifting Behavior at Work for Teams cohort is the first step for teams to create a workplace culture where healthy dialogue and effective communication is possible even in high-pressure situations. Learning the NCD Process provides the framework for having effective communication by extracting our thinking errors, recognizing and managing emotional hotspots, and being curious, cooperative learners.
In this hands-on work, your team will work together to explore how work style, assumptions, stories, and beliefs can affect their performance and success in the work environment. Using your personal scenarios, you'll learn a new way to communicate with clarity and effectively engage with others.
This online cohort teaches all of the NCD tools together with video lessons, private discussion area, practice activities, and live video calls facilitated by Founder, Beth Wonson and Master Facilitator, Sasha Mobley.
